We retired to our dream home on a lake. However as time went on and health issues and the body aged we realized we cannot do what we used to do. At some point we are going to need others to know that we are in a safe place where our needs would be taken care of and we would be valued. We really did not need to move, but we chose to come to Riverview Landing anticipating future needs. We are happy with our choice.

My husband and I started out with Guardian Angels in the twin homes next to Guardian Angels by the Lake. While living there, we often sat in our garage. We didn’t realize at the time that the GABTL residents knew about us from watching out the windows. We moved to Guardian Angels by the Lake and fell in love with the “Country Cottage” feel and of course, the porch with the pretty view. Everyone, staff and residents, are so great! In fact, the kitchen staff even brought food and other items to my husbands wake when he passed away.
