    Trying to understand Medicare in Minnesota can be overwhelming and oftentimes complicated, especially when plans continue to change and grow.

  • Guardian Angels + Trinity Home Health & Hospice

    Established in 1991, Guardian Angels + Trinity Home Health and Hospice offers continuity of care within our faith-based mission. Home Care serves individuals recovering from an acute illness, recent hospitalization, or who are challenged with a chronic disease. Hospice care focuses on comfort for those with life-limiting illnesses.     The Senior Linkage Line, a free service of the Minnesota Board on Aging, connects older Minnesotans and their families with the help they need. Local experts can assist with many age-related issues and answer questions regarding health insurance, housing options, and community services. Call 1-800-333-2433 to speak to a trained local specialist.

  • Alzheimer's Association

    The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in care, support, and research for Alzheimer’s and dementia. Their mission is to lead the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.   • American Association of Retired Persons

    AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to address the needs and interests of middle-aged and older adults in the United States. Membership is open to everyone age 50 or older, regardless of employment status, with a mission to empower people to choose how they live as they age.   • Face Aging MN

    Face Aging MN is a statewide campaign to raise awareness about issues that accompany the reality of a rapidly aging society. Their goal is to engage families, community leaders, caregivers, and legislators in a conversation that will ultimately lead to a shift in society’s view of aging from a burden that we manage to a responsibility that we embrace.

  • Central Minnesota Council on Aging

    CMCOA is a nonprofit organization designated by the Minnesota Board on Aging (MBA) as the Area Agency on Aging for the 14-county Central Minnesota region. In partnership with public and private organizations, CMCOA helps older adults age successfully by building community capacity, advocating for aging issues, maximizing service effectiveness, and linking people with information.
