Guardian Angels offers two on-site wellness centers, Club GA, open to both residents and the general public (age 50+), located in Elk River and Otsego.

At Club GA, the Guardian Angels Wellness Center, we know how important staying fit is for your health and quality of life, especially as you age. We also know exercising at a gym filled with lots of intimidating equipment and intense exercising can be overwhelming. At Club GA, a trained Wellness Coordinator will provide instruction and guidance for using fitness equipment designed for YOU!

A membership to a Guardian Angels Wellness Center includes access to:

• State-of-the-art HUR strength training equipment designed specifically for seniors
• Cardio equipment to help build muscular endurance and stamina
• Resistance bands and other exercise accessories to help increase small muscle and core strength and improve range of motion and flexibility
• Free weights
• Massage therapy (Elk River location)
• Warm-water therapy pool and pickleball court (Otsego location)

In addition, membership offers a variety of Wellness Programs ranging from balance and nutrition to spiritual health.

Gym 365, located in Elk River, offers a friendly environment for people of all fitness levels, with a variety of equipment and certified trainers. Everyone from seasoned athletes to those using a gym for the first time will find what they need to meet their fitness and wellness goals.
