ELK RIVER GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Guardian Angels offers two on-site wellness centers, Club GA, open to both residents and the general public (age 50+), located in Elk River and Otsego.
At Club GA, the Guardian Angels Wellness Center, we know how important staying fit is for your health and quality of life, especially as you age. We also know exercising at a gym filled with lots of intimidating equipment and intense exercising can be overwhelming. At Club GA, a trained Wellness Coordinator will provide instruction and guidance for using fitness equipment designed for YOU!
A membership to a Guardian Angels Wellness Center includes access to:
- State-of-the-art HUR strength training equipment designed specifically for seniors
- Cardio equipment to help build muscular endurance and stamina
- Resistance bands and other exercise accessories to help increase small muscle and core strength and improve range of motion and flexibility
- Free weights
- Massage therapy (Elk River location)
- Warm-water therapy pool and pickleball court (Otsego location)
In addition, membership offers a variety of Wellness Programs ranging from balance and nutrition to spiritual health.

The Gym 365
Fitness for All with a Small-Town Feel
Gym 365, located in Elk River, offers a friendly environment for people of all fitness levels, with a variety of equipment and certified trainers. Everyone from seasoned athletes to those using a gym for the first time will find what they need to meet their fitness and wellness goals. With our experienced staff and formal gym orientation, you’ll feel comfortable and confident.

What is continuum of care?
Continuum of care locations provide services from Independent living to more advanced care. Seniors have access to the residential living community most appropriate to their needs now and in the future. Guardian Angels is a continuum of care community.
What is the difference between Independent Living and Assisted Living?
Independent Living is for seniors who are able to live on their own, yet want the conveniences of living within a community that provide social and recreational amenities, educational and wellness opportunities, housekeeping services, and dining options. Guardian Angels offers HUD subsidized and market rate options.
Assisted Living is for seniors who need help with the activities of daily living. Residents find an enriching lifestyle with amenities that allow to them to remain as independent as possible. Guardian Angels’ communities home care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, weekly personal laundry, and three meals daily. Services can be increased or decreased over time, as needed.
Are VA benefits offered at GA Communities?
The Aid and Attendance pension benefit is available to Minnesota senior veterans and their spouses to help pay for senior care like assisted living, home care, or nursing home care. More information is available here.
