The Care Center offers Transitional Care and Long-Term Care services in a supportive, caring environment. Our highly trained staff is committed to providing exceptional care with respect and dignity, always keeping in mind the unique needs of every individual.

Floor Plans & Amenities

Long-term care at the Care Center features both private and semi-private bedrooms. The Transitional Care Unit includes 42 private suites complete with kitchenettes, private bathrooms with walk-in/roll-in showers, cable TV, telephone, and internet.
