Pine Tree Manor offers affordable housing for income-qualifying seniors age 62 and up, or people with a mobility impairment that require a modified unit. Residents pay only 30 percent of their adjusted income for rent (202 Section 8-HUD subsidized). Pine Tree Manor features 19 one-bedroom units.

Once inside Pine Tree Manor you’ll find the 8 feet 6 inches wide x 9 feet 2 inches deep kitchen to the left. The kitchen includes a double sink, refrigerator, and range. Turn right and past the front door is the 7 feet 2 inches wide x 9 feet 5 inches deep bathroom with sink, toilet, tub and walk-in shower combo, grab bars, and pull cord. Exit the bathroom and turn right to locate the reach-in closet behind sliding doors. Continue into the 10 feet 7 inches wide x 12 feet 9 inches deep bedroom with pull cord. The 16 feet 4 inches wide x 11 feet 7 inches deep living room is to your right when you walk out from the bedroom.
