Our Elk River Housing Campus is conveniently located in Downtown Elk River and is comprised of Angel Ridge and Guardian Oaks—our HUD apartment communities—and Evans Park, a market-rate apartment building. Each community offers an energized atmosphere and a strong sense of connection. Residents truly care about one another, and it shows. With a wide variety of activities and features, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Wellness Programs

Our Club GA Wellness Center – Elk River is on site and available for residents, for a fee. This premium facility includes state-of-the-art strength training equipment designed specifically for seniors, cardio machines, free weights, fitness classes, and a variety of fitness accessories. Members also benefit from massage therapy and other wellness programs to promote whole-person health.

Outdoor Spaces

At Elk River Housing Campus, we value the opportunity to spend time outdoors. Our community provides a cozy gazebo and walking paths for residents to enjoy.

Angel Ridge

Angel Ridge offers subsidized senior housing for income-qualifying residents aged 62 and older. As a PRAC/202-HUD subsidized property, residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
