Introducing Healthy Lifetime

March 23, 2026

At Thryve, we believe that healthy aging starts with awareness, action, and ongoing support. That’s why we’re excited to introduce HealthyLifetime® —a proactive, personalized approach designed to help older adults stay independent, confident, and thryving.

What is HealthyLifetime?

HealthyLifetime is more than just a health assessment—it’s a guided journey toward better living. Built specifically for older adults, the program helps identify potential health risks early and provides practical, personalized steps to address them over time.

Participants begin with a free assessment that evaluates key factors influencing independence and overall well-being. From there, they receive tailored insights, an action plan, and access to one-on-one coaching for continued support.

Why It Matters

Many people assume they’re doing “just fine”—until they take a closer look.

  1. 3,000 people have already taken the HealthyLifetime assessment
  2. 75% discovered addressable health risk factors and areas of their life to improve
  3. 60% were surprised to learn they were at risk of losing independence

These numbers highlight an important truth: risks to independence often go unnoticed until they become serious. HealthyLifetime helps bring those risks into focus—early enough to do something about them.

How the Program Works

HealthyLifetime is built around three simple but powerful steps:

1. Know Your Score

Participants complete a comprehensive assessment and receive a personalized snapshot of their current health and independence risk. This insight is often eye-opening—and empowering.

2. Turn Insight into Action

Using the results, participants engage in an interactive experience that transforms information into a clear, customized action plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle.

3. Stay on Track with Coaching

Through one-on-one “SOAR” health coaching, participants receive guidance, accountability, and encouragement to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Designed for Real Life

HealthyLifetime stands out because it’s not just about data—it’s about what you do next. The program combines practical recommendations with ongoing human support, making it easier to build healthier habits over time.

And because accessibility matters, the program is offered at no cost, making it a valuable resource for individuals and families alike.

A Small Step That Can Change Everything

Taking the first step can be as simple as answering a few questions—but the impact can be life-changing. Whether it’s improving mobility, reducing fall risk, or strengthening daily routines, HealthyLifetime helps participants take control of their future.

At Thryve, we’re proud to bring this program to our community and support individuals in living healthier, more independent lives. If you or a loved one are interested in getting started, now is the perfect time. A few minutes today could make all the difference for tomorrow.
