As Culinary Manager at Engel Haus, Jackie leads with a focus on teamwork, consistency, and creativity—always looking for ways to elevate mealtimes into moments of joy and connection.


For Jackie, food is more than just nourishment—it’s an opportunity to make people feel seen, cared for, and at home. She believes mealtime is one of the most anticipated parts of the day, and she takes pride in creating menus and experiences that leave a lasting, positive impact.


Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family—her loving husband, two teenage boys, and their four-legged queen of the house, Layla. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, attending concerts, hiking, playing pickleball, and relaxing at the beach.
