Our primary focus is meeting the needs of older persons while honoring their dignity and well being through holistic, compassionate care.
About Us
Jointly owned since 1996 by Guardian Angels and Elim Care, Guardian Angels Elim Home Care has an extensively experienced staff providing nursing and supportive care to individuals in the comfort of their own home. Our staff has extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of home care geriatrics and have been awarded the prestigious HomeCare Elite award for the past four years. Guardian Angels Elim Home Care and Hospice has also been named a top 500 agency in the nation.
