Guardian Angels by the Lake's Memory Care Suites are designed to provide a comfortable home-like environment.  Our philosophy of care is based on the belief that every individual has the right to be treated with dignity and respect.  Our Memory Care suites are designed to enhance the quality of life for the individual with memory loss.  Individuals are accepted to the memory care suites following a comprehensive nursing assessment to include cognitive, physical and social levels of functioning.  Our person centered model of care is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual experiencing memory loss.

Services available in our Memory Care Suites include:

-3 meals a day
-Person centered care
-Private apartments
-Residential setting with controlled access
-Monitoring of vulnerable adult issues by a Registered Nurse
-Compassion Care
