Assisted Living Home Care

Guardian Angels by the Lake offers residents gracious assisted living through personalized supportive services ans health care 24 hours per day.  Full spectrum of assisted living services are available and individually tailored.  With the help of assessment from our Registered Nurse, we can determine the assistance you require.

Nursing, RN, and LPN's are on site 40 hours/week and on call.  Each resident receives a Lifeline emergency pendent should they ever need to call for assistance.  Resident reassurance checks are performed three times daily.  Some additional services we offer include:

-Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
-Bathroom assistance
-Medication management and reminders
-Transfer and mobility assistance
-Additional reassurance checks and staff assistance
-Nutritional support
-Services and amenities
-Fine dining with two delicious meals and the optionof a third meal
-Care providers on-site 24 hours
-Emergency response system
-Weekly housekeeping and linen change
-Complimentary laundry facilities
-Current medical information kept on-site
-Activities staff provide social, recreational, educational and spiritual programs
-Assistance with scheduling transportation
-Safety checks three times daily
-Beauty/barber shop and coffee shop
-Monthly rental community
