Guardian Angels Care Center - Long Term Care Facility

Nursing Assistants                                                                                                                   Part Time Position: 55 hours per pay period hours are early to late evening and do vary by assigned shift, includes every other weekend.

Casual Positions available to provide coverage for open shifts: Prior experience is required for casual positions.

Qualifications for all Nursing Assistant positions include: Current on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

RN/LPN 

RN and LPN Casual positions available to provide coverage for open shifts, prior experience is required for casual positions.  

Must be a licensed RN or LPN in the state of MN, prior experience preferred. CPR certification is preferred.

 

Guardian Angels By The Lake – Assisted Living Facility

RN Case Manager

Part Time Position: 64 hours per pay period hours are primarily days and early evenings, including rotating call schedule and one weekend a month.  Responsible for the assessment, observation, care and services provided to residents.  Supervises and monitors assigned staff.  Qualifications: Knowledgeable of Home Care requirements and regulations required.  Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, institutions and agencies.  Excellent communication and organizational skills required.  Prior supervisory experience required.  Five plus years RN experience with Dementia/Memory Care required.  Current MN RN license required and CPR certification.
